Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Nibida, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We take utmost care to deliver premium-quality Roll On, Oil products and skincare solutions right to your doorstep. However, if you face any concerns with your order, please read our Refunds & Cancellations Policy below for guidance.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@nibida.in / 9207120130 with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be initiated within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
2. Refunds
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products (oils and serums), we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product is delivered and opened, unless:
You received a wrong or damaged product, or
The product is leaking, expired or defective upon delivery.
If you face any such issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or unboxing videos as proof. After verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Replacement of the same product, or
Refund to your original payment method (in special cases where replacement is not possible).
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot process refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
Product opened or used after delivery.
Damage due to customer mishandling.
Delay in delivery caused by courier or natural factors beyond our control.
Orders placed during offers or sale events (unless damaged or incorrect).
4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, leaking or incorrect product, please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof to info@nibida.in / 9207120130.
We’ll ensure a replacement or refund is processed as quickly as possible.
5. How to Request a Refund

Include your order ID, reason and photo/video proof.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after approval:
Check your bank or payment provider again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
