1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once processed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Time
Standard Shipping (within India): 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping (optional): 1–3 business days for select pin codes.
Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions or remote area deliveries.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS. You can track your package status anytime using the provided link.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. However, we are working to make our products available internationally soon.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team within 48 hours at info@nibida.in / 9207120130. We’ll assist you promptly.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
7. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure safety during transit.
